Return Policy

Return Conditions:

  • The return request must be submitted within 30 days from the date of receipt.

Return Process:

    • Send an email with the subject line “Return/Refund Request.”
    • Include your order number and attach photos of the product issue (if applicable).
  2. Receive the Return Label
    • We will provide a prepaid return shipping label via email.
    • Download, print, and attach it to the return package.
  3. Ship the Product Back
    • Pack the product securely and send it back via the postal service.
  4. Confirmation Email
    • Once we receive your returned item, we will send you a confirmation email.

Note: Customers do not need to pay for return shipping.


Exchange Policy

  • We accept exchanges if the product is damaged, defective, or different from the description.
  • Customers do not have to pay any exchange fees.
  • A replacement product will be shipped as soon as we receive the returned item.

Refund Policy

Refund Processing Time:

  • After receiving the returned item, we require 2 business days to process your refund.
  • If the refund is approved, the amount will be refunded to your original payment method within 1-3 business days.
